Ms Dlamini joined MLCCP as a Porter (2021). She has previously worked at Helen Joseph Hospital in Johannesburg initially as a General Assistant then further advanced to a Porter position. Ms Dlamini has also worked as a Porter at the Witbank Hospital in Mpumalanga Province. She then relocated to the KwaZulu-Natal Province to join the King Edward Hospital in the position of a Messenger for 2 years before she was appointed to the position of an Administrative Clerk. She served in this position for 8 years until resigning to further her education studies. She currently holds a Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education.
She has voluntarily worked as a Chairperson for two Unions in her working spaces for 5 years. Nehawu (National Education, Health and Allied Workers Union) and PSA (Public Servants Association of South Africa). She, therefore, has advanced experience in General Assistance, Administration and Labour Law Management in working environments.
