Ms Mdluli is a hardworking young lady that holds a Marketing Diploma in Marketing Management her passion for delivering great customer service has gained her over 10 years of experience in the fields of marketing/sales/communications, research, health and clinical set-up. Her experience includes working as a Patient Navigator (Researcher) under the UKZN School of Nursing and Public health Programme (MLCCP) (CIDERU) based at the Addington Hospital unit, where she facilitates patient healthcare, linking patients to services that prepare them for a possible cancer diagnosis. She has worked as a Unit Clerk at the Oncology department under the UKZN School of Nursing and Public health Programme (MLCCP) (CIDERU), where her role entailed collecting and capturing Patient data on redcap. She served as an Office Administrator Volunteer for Zululand Health District as well as an Administration Officer for Mbhobho Physiotherapy Services Pty LTD. She also completed her Marketing internship at Assegai & Javelin a Brand and Communications company. she worked as a Marketing Brand Ambassador at uShaka Marine World, Customer Relations Officer at Makro and an Assistance Store Manager for Sheet Street under the Mr Price group.
